Barry Poznick is President of Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Studios Inc.'s, (MGM's) Unscripted & Alternative Television and Orion Television, where he oversees the creative and development of all MGM’s unscripted and alternative content for broadcast, cable and syndication, as well as sports entertainment, premium documentaries, true crime, podcasts, children’s programming and digital content, and oversees all content for Orion Television. A 25-year veteran of unscripted television and a leading producer in the industry, Poznick joined MGM, in 2016 reporting to Mark Burnett, MGM’s Worldwide Television Chairman. Poznick currently oversees numerous MGM/Orion Television shows including “The Voice,” “Survivor,” “Shark Tank”, “Real Housewives of Orange County”, “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills”, “Live PD”, “Paternity Court” and “Couples Court with the Cutlers”.

Poznick has enjoyed a long and highly successful career in unscripted content and has produced multiple series with Burnett including the original, Emmy® nominated hit show Are You Smarter Than a 5th Grader? (FOX), How’d You Get So Rich? (TV Land) and Trust Me, I’m a Game Show Host (TBS). Poznick founded ZOO Productions in 1994 and built it into a prolific independent, unscripted production company, which was acquired by All3Media in 2008, in All3’s first Los Angeles-based acquisition.
